Bronco Boost: Our Test Drive with 330lb Load Roof Rack

When we mounted the Half Roof Rack onto our 2023 Ford Bronco 4-Door Hardtop, we weren’t sure what to expect. Designed specifically for the 2021-2025 models, this rack installs directly onto the factory roof rails with surprising ease. What impressed us most was its stability under pressure – we loaded it with our maximum test weight of 330 pounds of camping gear and adventure equipment, then took it on a 200-mile journey through varied terrain.

The crossbars maintained their position without noticeable noise or vibration, even at highway speeds. Installation took us about 45 minutes with basic tools, and the aluminum construction strikes a nice balance between durability and weight.
